SHIPPING POLICY

At Knot Mugs, each product is unique and crafted specifically for you. We use a Print-on-Demand (POD) model to prevent waste and ensure the quality of every piece.

  1. Processing & Production: Production time for our mugs and custom products ranges from 2 to 5 business days.

  2. Estimated Delivery Times: After production, the estimated delivery window is:

    • Switzerland: 3–6 business days
    • Western Europe (DE, FR, AT, BE, NL, LU, IE): 5–8 business days
    • Southern Europe (ES, PT, IT, GR, CY, MT): 6–10 business days
    • Northern Europe (DK, SE, FI): 6–9 business days
    • Eastern Europe (PL, CZ, SK, HU, RO, BG, HR, SI, EE, LV, LT): 7–12 business days
    • USA: 7–12 business days
    • South America: 10–20 business days

  3. Shipping Origin: We work with strategically located production partners (including Printify and, in the future, Gelato and Printful). Your order will be shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address to ensure speed and reduce our carbon footprint.

  4. Tracking: All orders include a tracking code sent via email once the package is dispatched.

  5. Customs & Duties: For international shipments outside of Switzerland or the production country, any applicable customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
