Orders & Production
- How does it work?
Each Knot Mugs product is made to order. When you place an order, we print it specifically for you. This "Print On Demand" approach helps us reduce waste and protect the environment.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we start the production process very quickly, you can only change or cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase. After that, the product may already be in production.
Shipping & Delivery
- Where do you ship from?
To ensure the fastest delivery, we ship from various production hubs across the USA and Europe. Your order will be fulfilled by the center closest to your location.
- How long will it take to get my order?
Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary:
Switzerland & Europe: 5–10 business days.
USA: 7–12 business days.
South America: 10–20 business days.
- Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Product Quality & Care
- Are your mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, our ceramic mugs are designed to be both microwave and dishwasher safe. However, to keep the print vibrant for years to come, we recommend top-rack washing.
- What if my mug arrives broken?
Don't worry! While we pack our mugs carefully, accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo to knotmugs@gmail.com within 30 days, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
Payments & Security
- Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption to ensure all your personal and payment data is kept 100% secure.
- Will I have to pay customs fees?
Orders shipped within the same region (e.g., within the EU or within the USA) usually do not incur customs fees. For other international shipments, any import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
