REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority. Since we work with custom-made products, we follow these guidelines:

  1. Custom-Made Products & Right of Withdrawal:As our products are custom-made to order, they are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Each item is produced specifically for you, which means we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

  2. Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, we offer a full refund or a free replacement. Please contact us at knotmugs@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

  3. Return Process: Since we operate with multiple production partners, the return address varies depending on the item. Please do not send the product to our Swiss address without prior consultation. We will provide the correct return address for the specific distribution center.

  4. Shipping Costs: In cases of manufacturing errors or damaged goods, Knot Mugs will cover all return shipping costs.
