Between 2023 and 2026 , our Switzerland-based studio reached milestones that defined our growth:

• Global Footprint: We successfully delivered our designs to 36 different cities across the globe.
• Growing Interest: We welcomed over 3,354 visits to our shop.
• Fulfilling Connections: We had the privilege of completing 39 orders for customers who valued our unique aesthetic.
• A Favored Brand: Our work was favorited 266 times by a dedicated community of 236 shoppers.

For us, "Made with Care" is more than a slogan—it’s a data-backed promise. During our time on Etsy, we maintained a 4.8-star average. Every one of the 13 detailed reviews  we received served as a testament to our commitment to quality and helped us refine our craft to meet the highest standards.

The Move to Our Own Space

While Etsy was a vital starting point—accounting for 62% of our initial traffic —the growth of our brand demanded a more tailored environment. With 38% of our community already finding us directly or through our social channels, it became clear that it was time to build a space that truly reflects the Knot Mugs identity.

Moving to our own Shopify store allows us to offer a more seamless experience, better manage our international logistics, and interact with you more directly.
